Homeschooling in Montenegro

Hi Friends!
I am Andrea, I have been living in Montenegro for 12 years and Homeschooling for 8 of those years! when we started, I knew only 2 other families that had ever done it, but they lived in different cities! Now there are more Homeschoolers or Hybrid-schoolers out there! I hope you are doing well and you are welcome to reach out to me if you need support! We are planning our Fall 2024 school year now and would love other families to join us.

We will probably meet one full afternoon a week with 2-3 classes from 1-5pm
Free Play – this is the most important part!
Creative Writing ✍️ – a comic club for kids
Book Club 📕 – with Socratic discussions
Forestry 🌲 – ecology classes about trees
Archery 🏹 – kids learn body awareness, physical skills, safety, and self control (younger children use suction cup arrows 😉)

Adventure Academy

Adventure Academy is our Hybrid school group that meets once a week.
In the 2023 School year, this group called themselves the Lost Boys. We met in 6 week seasonal units. We met on Friday Afternoons form 1:30-5:00pm, and learned all sorts of stuff like physics, robotics, cooking, bushcraft, and we even raised chickens!
